Presented by Alex Brooker, Jules Breach and Hannah Cockroft the 5 matches across 2 days included multiple broadcast streams across BT Sport channels with live Audio Description, live Subtitles, live Sign Language and accessible to all on BT Sport’s Facebook channel with a special hour-long programme for Channel 4.

Zwift Academy

Remote Global Live Event

Zwift Academy is a life-changing prize where tens of thousands of virtual cyclists from all over the world compete to win professional contracts with Alpecin-Fenix and CANYON/SRAM. Nimble, working in partnership with Zwift, created a remote global live event from 10 countries across South America, Australasia and Europe, centrally hosted from a virtual studio in the UK. A highly complex and ground-breaking production workflow, Nimble produced a raft of support content for social and digital platforms as well as the live final.

Six Nations Sin Bin

Annual Entertainment Series for BBC One Wales and iPlayer

Six Nations Sin Bin is an annual entertainment show with celebrity studio chat and comedy VT content crafted to get the Six Nations party started. Gabby Logan and Gareth Thomas present the show where each week rugby legends, comedians and celebrities share their love of the tournament. Now in its fourth season, for 2021, despite lockdown, Sin Bin continued to entertain a peak time BBC One Wales and iPlayer audience with a remote virtual audience and guests including Ed Byrne, Sir Bryn Terfel, Gregg Wallace, Ore Oduba, Carol Voderman and Kiri Pritchard-Mclean, as well as a host of international rugby talent from Shane Williams to Ryan Jones to David Campese. Sin Bin 2021 featured the epic ‘Showdown’, where each week four teams of rugby loving celebrities compete in a series of challenges that tested their strength, speed, skills and endurance until one emerged victorious

Filmed across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, the show featured exclusive in-camp content from home nations senior men’s teams as they prepare for the 2021 Summer of Football in Europe.

Nimble produced a complex live outside broadcast from Tallinn Estonia, simulcast on Red Bull TV platforms in English and Russian languages. Produced in conjunction with Red Bull Media House and Simple Session. The event features the world’s best action sport athletes for 2 days of intense competition.

Red Bull Rollercoaster is a unique international Skateboard competition held at the major Action Sport festival Munich Mash, Germany. The world’s best athletes compete in a 300 metre, downhill slopestyle course with obstacles from the disciplines of street, vert, park and bowl. Nimble collaborated with Red Bull Media House on editorial and supplied production staff to produce 3 x 2 hour live shows, simulcast on Red Bull TV, Facebook and You Tube with presenters Ed Leigh, Chris Pastras, Corey Bohan, Nora Vasconcellos, Tina Dixon and Dave O’Caoimh.

After a year that forced us all to reflect, in place of the annual live award show, Nimble created a documentary where the previous winners of the Action Woman Awards discuss their successes and the people who helped and inspired them along the way. Presented by Clare Balding and Footballing signer songwriter Chelcee Grimes, the line-up includes the Queen of British sprinting Dina Asher Smith, England Lioness captain Steph Houghton and Downhill Mountain Bike World Champion Rachel Atherton.

The live BT Sport Action Woman Awards celebrated an unprecedented year in women’s sport as Clare Balding presented the seventh instalment of the annual awards. Winners on the night included Skateboarding sensation Sky Brown who took the Rising Star Award, Team Europe at the Solheim Cup took the Team Award, Swimming Coach to Adam Peaty Mel Marshall won the Lifetime Achievement Award and the Action Woman of the Year went to Pippa Funnell, following success at the Burghley Horse Trials. Shane Williams: Rugby, Concussion & Me

Nimble teamed up with Wales and British & Irish Lion Shane Williams as he embarked on a journey to understand how the world of rugby, from grassroots to the highest levels, is working to reduce concussions in the modern day-game to make the sport safer for future generations. Much loved by the nation and the rugby world, Shane is inspired by his children as he asks how to make his beloved sport safer for their generation and others to come. As part of his journey, Shane talks to players both past and present and meets medical professionals, the governing bodies including World Rugby and those involved at the grassroots level of the sport in the UK and abroad. The Breakdown is a series of high-end shorts showcasing the variety of dance moves in the repertoire of the World’s most prolific Breakdance crew, The Red Bull BC One All-Stars.

Breaking, or B-Boy, began in the streets of New York City in the early 1980’s and has since risen to become a worldwide phenomenon with dancers now competing in major live events globally. One of the most renowned events is BC One, an annual competition broadcast live on Red Bull TV.

The series of films, each led by a dancer from the Red Bull BC One All Stars, broke down the moves, the style, the meaning and the feeling for a broad, global youth audience.

Dylan Wyn Davies

Dylan Wyn Davies Creative Director

An award winning (RTS, Gold Cannes Lions, Broadcast Digital, BAFTA Academy Cymru) Creative Director, Dylan founded Nimble productions with Gareth Rees in 2017 and produces high-end sports culture content specialising in Entertainment, non-scripted and live content for TV, Social and Digital.

Prior to Nimble, as Creative Director at Welsh indie Boomerang, Dylan grew the Sports and Events department from a small Extreme Sport event specialist into a multi award winning, Pan-European leader in Sport-Entertainment events and original content.

Dylan was the creative driving force behind The Clare Balding Show for BBC2 / BT Sport in an unprecedented shared rights agreement between the two broadcasters and led production from 2013 to 2017.

He has created and delivered several major projects for Channel 4’s Paralympic coverage including Anniversary Games 2016, IPC European Swimming and Athletics Championships 2016, IPC World Athletics Championships 2015 as well as the high-end short form content for Channel 4’s sponsorship partners including Allianz and BT.

Dylan was instrumental in the rise and growth of the worlds largest Advertiser Funded Programme, the Gold Cannes Lions winning GT Academy, and led production and creative for this multi-platform brand for 7 years. Dylan’s AFP expertise has seen him produce high-end, big-budget AFP for the likes of Bacardi, Huawei, DHL, and Sony in multi-platform, multi-genre content.

Other complex production includes major live programming for Red Bull TV, including Red Bull Air Race, Europe’s largest BMX &Skateboard event Simple Session and the final of the Freeride World Ski & Snowboard Tour; Verbier Xtreme.

Dylan has also devised and delivered large-scale live award shows including the Facebook Football Awards and BT’s Action Woman Awards.



Gareth has worked in the TV industry for over 20 years. As a founder and Managing Director of Nimble Productions and Nimble Dragon, he has over the past few years established the company as a key voice in the Welsh creative scene, with solid links with local and network broadcasters and a strong business foundation.

In 2007, Gareth was part of the team responsible for floating the Cardiff based Boomerang+PLC business. He understands the challenges of managing and growing a Nations independent and leading a strong creative team.



Katy’s production management experience of 20 years spans many genres including Entertainment, Live, Factual and Drama. Prior to joining Nimble Katy was Production Executive for Blink Films and before that Boomerang, running many successful productions including Channel 4’s Posh Pawn and Extreme Cake Makers. Katy started her career at the BBC, working in various areas of programming and on long running series including DIY SOS: The Big Build and Doctor Who Confidential.



Flo is an agile and creative Executive Producer, who approaches each project with hunger for innovation and progression.

Kick-starting his career at MTV, Flo produced a variety of show formats ranging from long form artist portraits, live music festivals, award shows and late night studio programs.

Flo was part of the Red Bull Media House live production team for almost a decade. He played an instrumental role in delivering programs such as the UCI MTB World Cup, Freeride World Tour, Vans Park Series and Neymar Junior’s Five, to name a few.

Prior to Nimble, Flo worked as Head of Production for Amsterdam based live streaming specialists NOMOBO. In addition to leading and developing the production team, he was responsible for a few of the most complex productions the company has delivered to date. Clients included Workday CCW, Salesforce Dream TX, IBM Think and Red Bull Uncontained.



Heledd has fifteen years experience in factual television. She is a BAFTA Cymru and Celtic Media Festival award winning Producer and Director whose work spans multiple broadcasters and genres; from specialist factual series Surgeons: At the Edge of Life (BBC2) to popular factual fixed rig series One Born Every Minute (C4) live crime series Crimewatch (BBC1) and factual entertainment series Prosiect Pum Mil (S4C) Highly experienced in maintaining difficult access in institutions, dealing with complex compliance issues and working with very vulnerable people, her passion is to bring people’s stories to the world.



Rob started his career in the audit and accounting sector where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant before joining Channel 4 in 2001.

Rob was the Finance Manager for 4 Rights, Channel 4’s commercial business, and over ten years managed one of the largest independent Programme investment funds in the UK, investing in some of the Channel 4’s most iconic programmes and series including Shackleton; Shameless; Green Wing and The Joe Simpson films The Beckoning Silence and Touching The Void.

In 2011 he developed the unique funding model for the hugely successful Inbetweeners Movie which went on to be the UK’s most successful comedy film.

More recently, Rob has concentrated on Finance Director appointments in entrepreneurial / start-up companies within the creative industry. These have included numerous TV and Film production companies where he has set up and managed finance departments and has raised investment finance to support business growth.



Gareth has worked across many productions for Nimble. Prior to joining Nimble, Gareth was a member of Only Boys Aloud coming 3rd on Britain’s Got Talent and presented socials for S4C on Cân i Gymru and Eisteddfod yr Urdd / Genedlaethol.
